Electrofusion tapping saddle fittings. Raw material compound making PE fittings are made from Borealis (Borouge chemical), Total, and other international well—known company. PE fittings are produced by injection machine using special PE compound, which are used widely for urban gas pipeline system and water—supply pipeline system connection or branch connection. PE is an inert material, in addition to a very few oxidants, can withstand a variety of chemical substances, no electronic chemical corrosion and earthquake resistance performance is excellent.

●The electric heating line pre-packaging process minimizes the oxidation of the heating wire and prevents the short circuit phenomenon during the installation process.
●The pipe fittings meet the standard (GB15558.2/GB/T13663.2/EN1555.3/EN12201.3/ISO8085/ISO4427.3/GISPL2-4) PE100 pipe fittings are used for gas transmission and distribution pressures up to 0.7MPa, and can be used for water supply and distribution pressures up to 1.6MPa.
●PE80 pipe is used for the transmission and distribution pressure of up to 0.5MPa, and the pressure for water supply and distribution can reach 1.25MPa.
●The welding voltage is 40V and the bar code on the pipe gives the best welding parameters
